DOPT Clarification on 25% increase in certain allowances

No.12011/03/2008-Estt. (Allowance) dated 2.9.2008. This provides that the limits of Children Education Allowance would be automatically raised by 25% every time the Dearness Allowance on the revised pay structure goes up by 50%. The undersigned is directed to refer to This Ministry’s 0.M No. S 11011/8/99- CGHS (P) dated 13.10.1999 vide which CMO In-charge of CGHS dispensaries have been permitted to issue medicines for a maximum period of 3 (three) months at a time against a valid prescription of Government specialist to CGHS beneficiaries suffering from chronic illness like diabetes, tuberculosis, heart ailment, hypertension, I.H.D, epilepsy, etc. 2. This Ministry has been receiving representations from beneficiaries regarding the requirement of fresh consultation with Government specialist every three months for re¬issue of the prescribed medicines. IT Cadre Restructuring: Distribution of Posts

No. HRD/CM/102/3/2009-10/11/0167 dated 19 th  July 2013 for creation of posts in the IRS and grades other than the IRS, and in supercession of all earlier orders regarding distribution of posts in various CCA Regions, posts in various grades in the Income Tax Department are hereby allocated to various cadre controlling Regions, as per Annexure 1. 2.
