RENUKA CHAWDHURY Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to satate :- (a) whether Government has denied the benefits of non-functional upgradation (NFU) to the officers of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF); (b) if so, the details thereof along with the reasons therefor; (c) whether the issue of extending NFU has also been examined by high powered committee recently; (d) if so, the observations/recommendations of the committee; and (e) the time by when the NFU is likely to be extended to CRPF and other paramilitary forces?
