  • Cochin: Customer Service Executive / Junior Customer Service Executive: 47
  • Calicut: Customer Service Executive / Junior Customer Service Executive: 31
  • Kannur: Customer Service Executive / Junior Customer Service Executive: 50
  • Total: 128

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will receive the following fixed remuneration per month:

  • Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹20,130/-
  • Customer Service Executive: ₹23,640/-

Age Limit:

Candidates for Customer Service Executive and Junior Customer Service Executive positions must not exceed 28 years of age. Age relaxation applies to SC, ST & OBC candidates:

  • OBC: 03 Years
  • SC/ST: 05 Years

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on an interview.

Application Fee:

  • UR / OBC: ₹500/-
  • SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen: Nil

Candidates are required to pay the application fee through Demand Draft in favor of “AIR INDIA AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD”, payable at Mumbai.
