20 CISF Assistant Commandant posts : Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC CISF Recruitment 2024, with notification released on 29/11/2023. This recruitment drive aims to fill 20 vacancies for the position of Assistant Commandants (Executive) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), specifically for CISF AC (EXE) LDCE – 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications online between 29/11/2023 to 19/12/2023.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
• Possession of an NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate will be a desirable qualification. These qualifications will be given consideration during the interview/Personality Test.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the CISF Assistant Commandants (Executive) position will be remunerated as per UPSC rules.

Age Limit (as on 01/08/2023): Candidates must not exceed 35 years of age as of 01/08/2023. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates as per Govt. rules, providing a relaxation of 5 years.

Selection Process: The selection process will include:

• Written Exam
• PST/PET (Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test)
• Interview
