Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) has released the AIATSL Recruitment 2023 notification on 07/12/2023. The notification aims to fill 828 Vacancies on a fixed-term contract basis for 3 Years. Selected Indian Nationals (Male & Female) will be appointed to serve at Chhatrapati Shivaji Mumbai International Airport. Eligible candidates interested in these positions are invited to attend the Walk-in-interview at the provided venue from 18/12/2023 to 23/12/2023.

Positions : Customer Service Executive, Ramp Service Executive, Duty Officer

Educational Qualification:

  • Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: 10th Standard with an original valid HMV Driving License.
  • Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive / Duty Officer: Graduate Degree.
  • Deputy Manager: Graduate Degree or Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering / MBA with relevant work experience.
  • Ramp Service Executive: Diploma or ITI in the relevant discipline. Candidate must possess an original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license.
  • Junior Officer: B.E/B.Tech with Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / LMV.

Age Limit:

Candidates must have attained the specified age limits to be eligible for the posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

Selection Process:

The Labour Bureau has published the All-India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) for the month of September 2023. The All-India CPI-IW declined by 1.7 points in September 2023, from 139.2 in August 2023. Based on the indices till August 2023, the expected DA for central government employees from January 2024 was expected to cross 50%. However, even with the CPI-IW declining by 1.7 points in October 2023, still the DA can be 50% from January 2024. However, the chances of it becoming 51% is less. For the calculation of the DA, CPI-IW indices for 12 months, i.e. January 2023 to December 2024 are required. The indices for three more months are required to calculate the exact DA. Based on the indices till September 2023, the expected DA for central government employees from January 2024 is almost certain to cross 50%.
